Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. Late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future booking priority. If weather or safety conditions prevent us from performing the service, we will reschedule at no additional charge. IMPORTANT NOTE: Additional service policies apply to all bookings. Clients must review and agree to all policies before confirming an appointment.
